This hand-crafted, beaded bracelet is an elegant accessory as well as a handy tool for becoming more mindful in everyday life. Each comes with a drawstring sachet, along with printed instructions for use.

How to Use Your Mindfulness Bracelet


Proceeding in a circle, touch or hold each bead for however long seems right to you.


Start and end with the large grounding bead. Use it to relax and center your attention on the present.


When you come to the small breath beads (which are arranged in groups of three), draw in three deep, slow, cleansing breaths.


There are four (medium-sized) intention beads:

 
  • #1: Let go. Release something that isn't serving you.
  • #2: Be grateful. Feel gratitude for someone or something in your life.
  • #3: Love. Extend love and compassion toward someone or something.
  • #4: Receive. Open yourself up to receiving what you most need today.


After you have completed the circle, landing again on your large grounding bead, close your practice by being present to the light, love, and wisdom in (and all around) you.
