​A Time to Learn

Learning is about more than acquiring mere facts. It's about encountering life-changing meaning. When you enroll in one of my online courses, you will:

  • Gain mind-nourishing insights. 
  • Learn wellness-building practices. 
  • Gain a wealth of material, in written and video form, to which you can return again and again.
  • Experience heart-expanding relationships (if you opt for the classroom option).

Course content is delivered through teaching videos, guided meditations, and PDF documents outlining the material and offering resources for deeper study.


I offer two ways to participate.

In the classroom option, you will meet weekly (via Zoom) with me and other course participants. Class sizes are kept small to foster the growth of relationships between participants. This option is ideal for those wishing to discuss concepts, share experiences, ask questions, build friendships, and go deeper with their study.

In the non-classroom option, you will engage the material on your own. This option is ideal for those wishing to learn and practice the material, but who, for various reasons, find it difficult to be present for a weekly (live) online classroom experience.
